Coco Martin and Angeline Quinto shine in ‘Born To Love You’

Despite the gloomy weather, fans of both Coco Martin and Angeline Quinto trooped to the Born To Love Youpremiere night at SM Megamall in Ortigas last May 29. Even Coco’s and Angeline’s celebrity friends proved to be just as excited with the event as early birds Paulo Avelino, Melissa Ricks, Vina Morales, Jed Madela, and Julia Montes were among the first to be seated in the theater. The cast of Primetime Bida’s hitfantaserye Aryana—Ella Cruz, Paul Salas, Michelle Vito and David Chua—also showed up at the premiere.

Sam Milby, Robi Domingo, Joem Bascon, and Jason Francisco all arrived solo. Slater Young, Markki Stroem, Kit Thompson, and Carlo Romero elicited some screams from fans while walking down the red carpet.

Coco’s other Walang Hanggan co-stars also showed their support for him at the premiere. Dawn Zulueta was there with husband Anton Lagdameo while Richard Gomez came with his wife, Ormoc congresswoman Lucy Torres-Gomez.

“The movie is cute. Ito yung movie na gusto mong matawa, gusto mong maiyak, gusto mong ma-in love. Cuteyung acting ni Angeline. Gusto ko yung brand ng acting niya. Maraming mga touching moments. Maganda yungscene na nasa riles sila ng tren, magkayakap sila,” said Richard. His wife Lucy also agreed with the novelty of the movie. “I think it was refreshingly funny. Si Coco was his usual cute and adorable character. A very, very nice combination. What Sarah Geronimo has to say about the neverending rivalry issue with Angeline Quinto

"I'm really hoping na sana matapos na yung pang-iintriga sa amin." Ito ang pahayag ni Sarah Geronimo sa walang humpay na rivalry issue with Angeline Quinto.

Angeline Quinto,  is a rising new singer of ABS-CBN and has slowly captured everyone's attention. I've watched several of her tv guestings, like on Gandang Gabi Vice and Kris TV, and I liked how innocently funny she is. Sa kakatapos nga na concert ni Angeline sa Skydome, nagsalita ang Asia's Songbird si Regine Velasquez na ito na raw ang magiging "next superstar."

Of course, hindi maaaring hindi kuhanan ng reaction dito ang Pop Princess na si Sarah Geronimo. Pero say ni Sarah, "Wala naman po akong comment doon. Siyempre, yun po ay galing kay Ms. Regine Velasquez, di ba? "Irespeto po natin yung opinion niya. Wala namang problema sa akin."

"Kumbaga, yung issues, neverending 'yan when you're in show business. Tanggap ko na po yun. Wala na po talaga sa akin yung mga intriga," says Sarah Geronimo about her so-called rivalry with Angeline Quinto.
